01Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following words carry the meanings set out below wherever they appear. Understanding these definitions will help you interpret the rest of this document correctly.

• "G999" / "we" / "us" / "the Platform" — refers to g999.world and the company operating it, including all its games, services, promotions and technology systems.
• "You" / "Player" / "Account Holder" — refers to any individual who registers, accesses or uses G999's platform in any capacity.
• "Account" — the registered user profile created by you on G999, associated with a single verified Pakistani mobile number.
• "PKR Balance" — the real-money Pakistani Rupee funds available in your G999 account for wagering and withdrawal.
• "Bonus Balance" — any promotional funds, free bets or matched deposit credits credited to your account under a G999 promotion, subject to separate wagering conditions.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the number of times a bonus amount must be staked in eligible games before any associated winnings can be withdrawn from G999.
• "Games" — all gaming products available on G999 including but not limited to Andar Bahar, Poker, Casino games, Jackpot Slots, Ludo, Esports Betting and Virtual Sports.
• "Payment Methods" — the approved Pakistani digital payment channels accepted by G999, currently: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer and Visa/Mastercard bank cards.

02Acceptance of Terms

By accessing G999's platform — whether by visiting g999.world, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager or using any G999 service — you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and agree to be bound by them.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of G999 regardless of how they access the platform — through a desktop browser, mobile browser or any future G999 application. They apply equally to free play and real-money play modes where both are available.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any translation being made available for convenience, the English version takes precedence in all interpretations and disputes.

03Eligibility & Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

G999 is strictly for players aged 18 years and above. By registering, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. G999 reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time. Any account found to belong to a player under 18 will be immediately closed and any real-money balance refunded to the original depositing payment method. Bonus balances will not be paid out in such cases.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility

G999 is designed and operated for the Pakistani market. You are responsible for determining whether accessing G999 is lawful in your jurisdiction. G999 does not accept liability for any consequences arising from use of the platform where local laws restrict online gaming activity.

3.3 Registration Requirements

To register on G999 you must provide a valid Pakistani mobile number, create a secure password and confirm that you meet the eligibility requirements. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information during registration and to keep that information updated throughout your use of G999.

3.4 One Account Per Person

Each player is permitted one G999 account only. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities or shared device — is strictly prohibited. G999's systems actively monitor for multi-accounting and accounts found to be duplicates will be closed. PKR balance from the primary account may be returned; bonus balances and winnings generated through abuse will be forfeited.

04Account Rules

4.1 Account Security

Your G999 account credentials are your responsibility. You must not share your password with any other person. G999 will never ask for your password via any communication channel. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact G999 support immediately.

4.2 Account Verification (KYC)

G999 may require identity verification at registration or before processing withdrawals. Verification typically involves submission of a valid Pakistani CNIC and proof of the registered mobile number. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe requested by G999 may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension until verification is completed.

4.3 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if no login or transaction has occurred for 12 consecutive months. G999 will notify the registered mobile number before applying any inactivity policy. Any remaining real PKR balance in an inactive account will be preserved and available upon reactivation — G999 does not forfeit genuine player funds without proper notice and exhausted resolution attempts.

• Bonus balances in inactive accounts will expire after 90 days of inactivity.
• Inactive accounts may be suspended pending identity reconfirmation on reactivation.
• G999 will send at least two notifications to the registered mobile number before any inactivity action is taken.

05Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

All deposits on G999 are made in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The minimum deposit is Rs 200. Deposits are credited to your G999 PKR balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. G999 does not charge deposit fees; however, individual payment providers may apply their own transaction charges which are outside G999's control.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests from your G999 PKR balance are processed within 24 hours of submission. Withdrawals are paid to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. G999 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing withdrawals above a certain threshold.

• Winnings generated entirely from bonus play may be subject to a maximum withdrawal cap stated in the specific promotion terms.
• G999 does not accept third-party payment — deposits must come from accounts registered in your own name.
• Withdrawals will not be processed to payment methods different from the depositing method without additional verification.
• G999 is not liable for delays caused by payment providers processing on their end.

5.3 Currency

G999 operates exclusively in Pakistani Rupees. There are no currency conversion fees. The balance displayed in your G999 account is your actual PKR balance at all times — what you see is what you have, with no hidden exchange adjustments.

06Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

G999 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions and tournament prizes throughout the year. Each promotion carries individual terms — including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit amounts and expiry dates — which are clearly stated on the promotion page before you accept the offer.

6.2 Welcome Bonus

New G999 players who register and make a qualifying first deposit are eligible for the welcome bonus as advertised at the time of registration. The standard welcome bonus is a 100% deposit match up to the stated maximum PKR amount. The wagering requirement must be met before any portion of the bonus or bonus-generated winnings can be withdrawn.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

G999 takes bonus abuse seriously. Abuse includes — but is not limited to — claiming multiple welcome bonuses via multiple accounts, exploiting promotional terms in a manner inconsistent with normal play, or coordinating with other players to manipulate bonus outcomes. G999 reserves the right to void bonus balances and associated winnings, and to close accounts, where bonus abuse is detected.

6.4 Bonus Expiry

All G999 bonuses have an expiry period stated in the individual promotion terms — typically 30 days from crediting unless stated otherwise. Unused bonus balance and any wagering progress will be forfeited upon expiry.

07Gaming Rules & Fair Play

Each game category on G999 — including Andar Bahar, Poker, Casino games, Jackpot Slots, Ludo, Esports Betting and Virtual Sports — has its own individual game rules accessible from within the game interface. These Terms and Conditions apply in addition to, not instead of, individual game rules.

7.1 RNG Certification

All G999 RNG-based games use a certified Random Number Generator that has been independently audited for statistical fairness. The outcomes of every spin, card deal and virtual event are generated by this system and cannot be predicted, influenced or manipulated by any player, G999 employee or third party.

7.2 Live Dealer Games

G999's live dealer games are streamed from a professional studio environment using certified card shuffling equipment. Game results are determined by physical card deals, monitored in real time. Disputes about live dealer outcomes are resolved by reviewing the video record of the relevant hand — this record is final.

7.3 Disconnection Policy

If your internet connection drops during an active game round on G999, the outcome is determined by the game state at the point of disconnection. In card games, disconnected players are treated as having folded or checked according to the applicable game rules. G999 is not liable for losses caused by player-side connection failures.

7.4 Betting Errors

Bets placed incorrectly due to player error — wrong stake, wrong selection — cannot be reversed once confirmed. G999 strongly recommends reviewing all bet details before confirmation. In the case of a demonstrable technical error on G999's systems causing an incorrect bet to be processed, G999 will investigate and resolve the matter within 48 hours.

08Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on G999. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any bonus balance, and in serious cases permanent account closure and referral to appropriate authorities.

• Registering more than one account on G999 under any identity.
• Providing false, incomplete or misleading registration information.
• Using G999 for money laundering, terrorism financing or any other financial crime.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to interact with G999's games or systems.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any G999 game — particularly in real-money poker rooms.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, technical errors or system vulnerabilities on G999.
• Using payment methods not registered in your own name.
• Accessing G999 from a jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by law, using VPN or proxy services to disguise your location.
• Attempting to reverse transactions fraudulently through chargeback claims with your payment provider after having received gaming value from G999.

09Responsible Gaming

G999 is committed to ensuring that gaming remains a form of entertainment for all players. G999 provides the following responsible gaming tools, all accessible from within your account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly or monthly maximum deposit amount. Limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased without a mandatory 24-hour cooling period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure G999 to notify you after a set duration of continuous play.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum amount you are willing to lose within a defined period before G999 restricts further play.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Suspend your G999 account for 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days. These periods cannot be reversed once activated.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your G999 account. Once self-exclusion is requested, G999 will not permit re-registration for a minimum of six months. No marketing communications will be sent during self-exclusion periods.

10Privacy & Data

G999's collection, storage and use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions by reference. By registering on G999 you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary: G999 collects only the personal data necessary to operate your account and process PKR transactions. Your data is stored in encrypted form, is not sold to third parties and is used only for account management, payment processing, fraud prevention and — where you have opted in — marketing communications from G999.

You have the right to request a copy of all personal data G999 holds about you, to correct inaccurate data and to request deletion of your account data subject to G999's legal record-keeping obligations. 11Intellectual Property

All content on G999 — including but not limited to logos, brand names, game interfaces, graphics, written content, software code and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of G999 or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to reproduce, distribute, modify or commercially exploit any G999 content.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use G999's platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes as permitted by these Terms. This licence terminates immediately upon closure of your account or any breach of these Terms.

The G999 name, logo and associated branding are trademarks of the operating company. Unauthorised use of these marks in any form — including on social media, third-party websites or promotional materials — is prohibited and may result in legal action.

12Limitation of Liability

G999 provides its platform and services on an "as is" basis. While G999 makes every reasonable effort to maintain platform availability, fairness of games and accuracy of PKR transactions, G999 cannot guarantee uninterrupted service and accepts no liability for:

• Losses resulting from player-side technical failures including internet disconnection, device failure or browser errors.
• Losses resulting from a player's failure to follow applicable game rules or the instructions in these Terms.
• Indirect, consequential or special damages arising from use of the G999 platform.
• Delays in payments caused by third-party payment providers beyond G999's reasonable control.
• Service interruptions caused by circumstances outside G999's reasonable control including but not limited to network outages, regulatory actions or force majeure events.

G999's maximum liability to any player in connection with any single incident shall not exceed the PKR balance held in that player's account at the time of the incident. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

13Account Suspension & Closure

G999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at any time where G999 has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• The account is being used for fraudulent, criminal or prohibited activities.
• The account holder has provided false or misleading information to G999.
• The account holder is under the age of 18.
• A self-exclusion request has been received from the account holder or a verified third party on their behalf.
• Continued operation of the account poses a compliance or legal risk to G999.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, G999 will notify the account holder at the registered mobile number. Genuine PKR balances (excluding any bonus or fraud-derived funds) will be held securely and returned where the investigation concludes in the player's favour. G999 aims to complete standard account investigations within 14 working days.

14Complaints & Disputes

14.1 How to Raise a Complaint

If you have a complaint about any aspect of G999's service — including a game outcome, a payment delay or an account action — please contact G999 support through one of the following channels: in-site Live Chat, WhatsApp at the number in your account settings, or by email to support@g999.world. Please include your account mobile number, a clear description of the issue and any relevant dates or transaction references.

14.2 Resolution Timeline

G999 will acknowledge all formal complaints within 24 hours and aims to provide a full resolution within 14 working days. For complex cases — particularly those involving game data review or payment provider investigation — the timeline may extend to 28 days. G999 will keep you updated on progress throughout.

14.3 Game Outcome Disputes

All G999 game rounds are logged server-side in full. In any dispute about a game outcome, G999's technical team will review the logged data and provide a factual account of what occurred. This review process is the final authority on game outcome disputes. If a genuine G999 system error is confirmed, the affected player will be made whole immediately.

14.4 Finality of Decisions

Once a G999 complaint has been reviewed and a final decision communicated, that decision is binding. G999 will not reopen the same complaint unless materially new evidence is presented within 30 days of the original decision.

15Amendments to These Terms

G999 may update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, G999 will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and will notify all registered players via their registered mobile number at least 7 days before any material changes take effect.

Minor amendments — such as clarifications of existing terms, grammatical corrections or editorial updates that do not change the practical meaning of any provision — may be made without prior notice. Your continued use of G999 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

16Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. G999 operates its platform in compliance with its operating licence and in accordance with the regulatory framework applicable to its operations.

Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through G999's internal complaints process will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts applicable under G999's operating licence. By accepting these Terms you agree to submit to this jurisdiction for the resolution of any such dispute.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unenforceable or contrary to applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable — or, if modification is not possible, severed from these Terms — without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

The failure of G999 to enforce any provision of these Terms on any particular occasion shall not be construed as a waiver of G999's right to enforce that provision on any future occasion.
